Delivery Information

We want ordering from WILDGRID to be straightforward. Delivery times and options can vary by product, supplier and destination, so the delivery information shown at checkout should be checked before placing your order.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on the product, supplier and delivery address. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are displayed where supported; some supplier-calculated services may not show a precise timeframe before purchase.

Some items are dispatched directly by our suppliers and may arrive separately. Dispatch times and delivery times are not necessarily the same. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can check the available information.

Shipping charges

For products using our general UK shipping rates, Standard delivery is £4.99, or free for qualifying orders of £50 or more, and Express delivery is £6.99. Products supplied through Shopify Collective or other supplier-specific shipping profiles may have different charges, calculated at checkout. Free delivery over £50 does not automatically apply to those products.

UK delivery

We currently focus on supplying customers in the UK. Available delivery methods, charges and estimated times are calculated according to the items in your order and your delivery address.

Orders with more than one item

Some WILDGRID products may be dispatched separately. If your order contains products supplied from different locations, they may arrive in more than one parcel and at different times.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the relevant details will be provided after dispatch.
