This is not a general returns address.

Products and orders

Check product dimensions, electrical specifications, compatibility and installation requirements before ordering.

Images and supplier specifications may vary; contact us if unsure.

Orders are subject to stock availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable item.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP.

WILDGRID is not currently VAT registered and does not charge VAT separately.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery and returns

Items may ship separately from third-party suppliers.

Delivery options and estimates are shown at checkout.

Unless a different time is agreed, delivery will be made within 30 days in accordance with applicable law.

Safety and liability

Electrical, gas, fuel and other specialist equipment must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer protections.
