Shipping Policy

WILDGRID offers delivery options based on the product, supplier and destination. Available services, delivery estimates and charges are calculated at checkout before payment.

Products may ship from different suppliers and arrive in separate parcels. Tracking is provided when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Unless another delivery period is agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days as required by law.

We currently focus on UK delivery. Some products and destinations may have restrictions or extra charges displayed at checkout. If a delivery is delayed or missing, email help@wildgrid.co.uk with your order number so we can assist and explain your consumer rights.
